First visit

Know what to expect before you arrive.

The appointment begins with a conversation about what has been happening, what matters to you and what you want to be able to do.

Discuss what has been happening, relevant history, activities and goals.

Sergey completes an assessment appropriate to your concern.

Findings and possible next steps are explained, with time for questions.

Any treatment proceeds with your participation and consent and can be adjusted as appropriate.

The exact first-visit workflow is pending confirmation with Sergey and CBI Health – Surrey Fleetwood.

Before you book

Book Sergey online through CBI Health’s authorized portal, or call CBI Health – Surrey Fleetwood at 604 575 2325.

Initial physiotherapy assessment: $110. Subsequent physiotherapy visits: $100.

Eligible ICBC and WorkSafeBC claim visits are paid by the applicable insurer, with no visit fee charged to you.

For ICBC or WorkSafeBC claims, bring your claim number. Nothing else is required.

Wear comfortable clothes.

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or change an appointment.
